What methods of payment are permitted when renting a property?

The booking fee requires a Visa or MasterCard payment. Property owners indicate their credit card or other form of payment options.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

Properties all have their own cancellation policies which are listed on the property details page. Cancellations are made directly with the property and are subject to their stated policies. The standard booking fee collected by BC Vacation Properties is non-refundable.

What currency are the rates listed in?

All rates are listed in Canadian currency. There are links to a currency converter to assist you in determining the cost in your own currency.

How long will I have to wait for a response from the property?

Most property owners respond within 24 hours, and many within just a few hours.

Can I ask a specific question about the property?

Yes. If you require more information then is provided on the property details page, there is a question form at the bottom of the page that you can use.
